A registration fee of $250.00 is required with this application. However, you may pay the full amount when submitting this form if you wish.

I enclose $250.00 as an advance down payment toward the Floral Design Program.
I understand that the balance is to be paid on the first day of class. If the above class is full my advance payment will be returned, or if requested, held for enrollment at a later date.

Can't take day classes?

Evening classes are available throughout the year and we rotate topics on a monthly basis. Classes are held Tuesday evenings, (4) four nights per month. Class times are 7:00pm - 9:00pm. For a complete list of upcoming Professional Program dates please email us at info@proflorists.net
